Norda 003
Every once in a while I run into a product that just feels better than anything else in its category. Almost as if it's in its own adjacent group, next to the category, but outside it. The Norda 003 is one of those products.

I own the Lone Peak 9s as well and love them. Great shoe. I need more cushioning in some situations, but they're great for most things.
They make a fantastic product, no question! I typically only buy hiking shoes with Vibram soles.
The Chuck Taylor Slip is a fav of mine. Something about the elastic strapped tongue - just enough downward pressure, not too much, nothing I do in those shoes requires anything tighter, but looser would be worse. Elastic is a magic material.
Just picked up a @Dell XPS laptop for running Omarchy and I couldn't be happier. Fantastic Apple-like build quality, bright and crisp OLED screen, great battery life, and a surprisingly nice keyboard. Really great level up from Dell on these.
Maintaining a 15" MacBook Air as my primary Mac.
The TP-7 is an absolutely charming piece of hardware. Reminds me of all the things I loved about some of those high precision portable Sony products from decades ago. But miles better. It's such a tactile delight.
My general rule of thumb is "as low-fi as possible". This is why I'll often rough sketch an idea on paper with a Sharpie, take a picture, and send it to someone rather than get out the iPad, launch a drawing app, grab the tools, (over)do the thing, export, share, etc.
I've never enjoyed sketching on the iPad because I don't like the slick glass feel. I much prefer the subtle resistance and drag you get with paper and marker. Paperlike is a wonderful screen protector that mimics paper. And it really works well.
As incredible as @Tesla FSD is, and it's beyond amazing, I use it all the time, I always get a kick out of its 8 cameras missing the most human of all driving cues: Someone slowing down, making space, and waving you into the traffic flow.
Eight Sleep has really done wonders for my sleep. I haven't used their new Pod 5, but seeing how well they've done with earlier models would give me a lot of confidence in their latest offering. I have no financial ties to the company — just an endorsement from a happy customer.
The Monolith grinder from Kafatek is so well-built that only an enthusiast could be behind it.
The whole thing is just right. I've rarely encountered a product so well considered. They knew where to stop. To me, this is a pinnacle product. The model to build towards.
Yes have the bike as well. Everything they make is rock solid.
The 1016 is one of the all time greats. I've owned a number of them and currently have one. It's just a perfect watch.
Nice. I regularly wear a 105.012 from 66, so we're basically brothers.
