Apple Vision Pro

Apple Vision Pro in an economy seat is life-changing. Movie experience is a total escape, and here the Mac screen-sharing makes a massive difference. Anyone flying long-haul regularly: it's worth it. Absolutely worth it.

TP-Link TL-WR902AC Travel Router

This is the one piece of equipment you will need to buy, though: it lets you bridge the airplane Wi-Fi to multiple devices (i.e. your Vision Pro and your Mac).
Briggs & Riley Essential Carry-On

Briggs & Riley Essential Carry-On

The biggest fraud in travel is the Briggs & Riley Essential carry-on, and I question the sanity of everyone who recommends it. It’s a great bag THAT TIPS OVER CONSTANTLY. It doesn’t matter what other fancy features it has: this alone makes it unusable.

Bose QuietComfort 45

Bose QC45. Physical buttons, USB-C, fold-up well. All features that are more important for travel than audiophile sound quality.

LG UltraFine 24" 4K

The other monitors are LG 24" UltraFine's 4Ks; they replaced the 21" UltraFine which I preferred but my old ones wore out and this is what they sell now.

Apple MagSafe

MagSafe is awesome. Have it everywhere, including in the car and a stand on my desk (I did get a USB-C extension cord for the bedroom). Haven’t plugged in my phone in ages.

Starbucks TSMC Silicon-Wafer Mug

Starbucks TSMC Silicon-Wafer Mug

Acquired the best Starbucks mug of all time and the pinnacle of my tech company coffee cup collection. This was only available at the TSMC Starbucks and features the Starbucks logo as a chip on a silicon wafer. Hard to photograph though!
